Disney+ & Lucasfilm Original Series Star Wars: The Acolyte was an interesting series to watch, if you are a fan of the Star Wars franchise then you might like this series. The story was good at first, but it got confusing and didn't make any sense. Now I like that this was taking place 100 years before The Phantom Menace film, and I thought we were about to learn more lore of the Star Wars world, we did learn some new things, but the delivery wasn't good. I like some of the characters in this series I thought Sol, Jecki Lon, Indara, and The Stranger were okay the writing for these characters wasn't the best, but they were fine to me. I didn't care for the other characters now I thought Mother Koril/Aniseya, Yord Fandar, Vernestra Rwoh, and Osha/Mae were good in the first three episodes but I didn't care about them over time. The writing was bad and the backstories for these characters didn't make it any better. I enjoy the fight scenes and that was the only thing I liked from this series. The ending wasn't good it looks like they were setting up something for season 2 but the show ended up getting canceled. It sucks that we won't get a second season but, to be honest, the writing was so bad that I don't want a season two, if they had a different writer to make a better story, I think the series could have been saved. I would recommend to watch this series to people who don't know anything about Star Wars, but to the Star Wars fans out there don't watch this.
FX and Hulu Original Series The Bear Season 3 was a good season to watch, if you are a fan of the past two seasons then you will like this one. The story in this season was very good, we see Carmy try to make everything perfect for the restaurants, but the crew is not happy with some of the changes he is making. I like that we got more backstories on some of the characters in this season, we see how some of the characters ended up at the bear and it was done very well. The characters in this season were so good, I thought Carmy, Richie, Sydney, Tina, and Donna were good, and I also thought Chef Andrea, Jimmy, and Natalie. The rest of the characters in this season were also good and I hope we see more guest stars in the next season. The ending is interesting, we see Sydney outside of her apartment having a panic attack while the rest of the crew are having a good time, and in the last scene, we see Carmy looking at the review that the restaurant got, and he is not happy about it. I would recommend to watch this season and the past seasons if you haven't already and I can't wait to watch season 4.
Amazon Prime Original Series The Boys Season 4 was a good and some might say controversial season, if you are a fan of the past seasons, you will enjoy this one. I thought the story in this season was good we see Butcher and The Boys team up with the CIA and we see them trying to figure out a way to take out Victoria Neuman and Homelander to keep them from taking over the USA. Now the story in season four to some people can be controversial because of the political themes, they talk about concentration camps, abortion, and other things that might upset some people. We got more backstories on some of the characters this season and some of the stuff we learned was very interesting, I also like the new characters they introduced this season they were interesting and good. I thought Butcher, Hughie, Starlight, Frenchie, and Victoria Neuman were good, I also thought Sister Sage, Firecracker, Joe Kessler, and Stan Edgar were good too. The ending was interesting we see Steven Calhoun become the new President working with Homelander and declaring martial law. Butcher with powers is by himself with the virus that can kill all superhumans, we see the rest of The Boys get captured by Vought and some Supes, but Annie and Hughie manage to get away. In the mid-credits scene, we see Calhoun taking Homelander to show him where the CIA has been keeping Soldier Boy and we might see the father/son team up in the next season. I would recommend to watch this season if you haven't already and I can't wait to watch the final season.
So Overall I thought The Acolyte is a big miss, like I said if you don't know anything about Star Wars you might like this, but the writing was so bad I don't see people making it past the first three episodes. The Bear Season 3 was a hit I enjoyed the story, and the cast did a great job. The Boys Season 4 was also a hit I like the story, the cast did a good job, and the next final season will be interesting to watch.
